mixed feelings about this stay

noisy barhot room

the room was not what i expected. i booked a golf room hoping for a nice view, but i could barely see the putting green. it was also quite noisy in the evening because of the bar below.. the air conditioning would not stay on for more than five minutes, so the room got very hot at night. i found that inconvenient.

The room had sufficient space. The bathroom was amazing and had a bath. The staff at the reception and dining room were all very helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast offered a fantastic range of food. Breakfast was of a high standard.

the air conditioning system in my room was somewhat inconsistent and a bit loud. it was hard to control the temperature effectively. i hope they fix it soon

The room smelled of mold, and I noticed some stickiness on the floor. The fridge had spilled water inside, and the towels in the bathroom were stained. I think the hotel has maintenance problems.

My room was very spacious. The bathroom and balcony also offered generous space. There was plenty of parking available (a big plus for me since I drove). I liked the lovely pool. It was clean and well kept, I noticed. Breakfast was good, with pretty much everything needed to start the day right (though I wished there were more cereal options).

The golf facilities seemed understaffed when I visited. Sometimes only one person managed the shop, handling calls, bookings, buggies, and sales. This led to noticeable delays and a less efficient experience.

I found the pool area very spacious with a lot of sun beds. the location is good. It takes about 10 minutes by uber to the marina. i could also walk 15 minutes to the vila sol village where there are many restaurants and bars.
